- Course preferences — the course you are interested in (ACCA, CMA, CFA, etc.)
- Academic stage — for example, after 10+2, pursuing graduation, working professional
- Specific questions you submit through our enquiry forms
- Usage data collected automatically — pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate location (city level), referring website
2. How We Collect It
- Forms on this website — callback requests, brochure download forms, test-series sign-up. These are processed through our form provider, Formspark.
- Direct communication — when you call, WhatsApp or email us.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics drops a cookie on your browser to help us understand site traffic in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and call you back during your preferred slot
- To deliver the course you have enrolled in (login details, class schedules, recordings)
- To send occasional updates about new batches, free workshops, results announcements and offers — you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing us
- To improve our website, courses and student support based on aggregate usage trends
4. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Ikshana Learning does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes — full stop.
5. When We Share Information
We share your information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services:
- Formspark — to process your form submissions
- Sanity CMS — to store course content and student records
- Google Analytics — for anonymised website traffic analysis
- Testpress LMS — to host your course access and recordings (only after enrolment)
- Payment gateways — only at the point of payment, and only the data needed to complete the transaction
We may also disclose information if required by Indian law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
6. Cookies
We use cookies through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These cookies do not personally identify you to us. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using our website.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you remain a lead or active student, plus a reasonable buffer (typically one to three years after your last interaction) for record keeping, financial accounting and any future correspondence. Beyond this period we anonymise or delete the data.
8. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal record-keeping needs)

However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you provide your information at your own risk.
